When you search for a head spa in Koh Samui, check each provider’s published inclusions rather than relying on the service name. Coconut Paradise’s current menu in Mae Nam lists four head massage options, each in 60- or 90-minute sessions. It does not describe a shampoo, hair-wash, conditioning or blow-dry ritual. If hair care is what you expect, ask before booking.
What a head spa may include in Koh Samui
Menus vary by provider. For two local examples, Juna Care & Head Spa in Lamai lists soothing shampoo and hair drying in some rituals. Calm Oasis in Bophut describes warm-water hair washing, conditioning and scalp massage. These are examples from their own menus, not a universal definition of “head spa.”
Four head massage options in Mae Nam
- Head massage — 60 or 90 minutes.
- Head massage with coconut oil — 60 or 90 minutes.
- Head massage with hot oil — 60 or 90 minutes.
- Relaxing head & arm massage — 60 or 90 minutes.
The public menu names these options but does not give a step-by-step description of each treatment. Ask the team to confirm the details, current price and availability for the option you prefer.
Match the menu to what you want
- For a listed head massage without an oil qualifier, check the standard head massage option.
- If you prefer an option named for coconut oil or hot oil, ask the team to confirm the product and treatment details.
- If shampoo, washing, conditioning or hair drying is essential, choose a provider whose current menu lists those steps and confirm them before you book.
